Kalaburagi: The Kalaburgi bench of the Karnataka High Court has given conditional permission to the rally that the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh was planning to hold at Chittapur in Kalaburgi district. It has given permission to conduct this movement on November 16.

On November 16, movement has been allowed only from 3:30 PM to 5:45 PM. The High Court has directed that only 300 costumed people should participate in the procession. The number of instrumentalists in the band is limited to 50. The court has imposed conditions that no provocative slogans should be shouted during the movement and law and order should not be disturbed.
