New Delhi/Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Police is taking help from Interpol through CBI to completely expose the ‘white collar’ terror module. The police is preparing to issue a Red Corner Notice against Dr. Muzaffar, who is considered an important member of this module. Dr. Muzaffar is a resident of Qazigund and his role in the interstate ‘white collar’ terror module is considered to be quite big. Agencies believe that Muzaffar is the head of this terror network. His arrest could expose connections to a network spread across many countries.

Is Muzaffar hiding in Afghanistan?

Let us tell you that this case is related to Delhi’s Red Fort car blast case and Faridabad doctor module. Muzaffar is the elder brother of Dr. Adil who is one of the 8 accused arrested in Delhi’s Red Fort car blast case. During interrogation it was revealed that Muzaffar had left India and gone to Dubai in August. Now it is believed that he is hiding in Afghanistan. Muzaffar acted as the link between the Indian module and Pakistan’s handlers, and the operation was controlled from Afghanistan. He was in contact with a Jaish handler named Ukasha.

Turkish connection and blast planning

In 2022, Muzaffar and Dr. Muzammil Shakeel traveled to Turkey. He met Ukasha in Türkiye. It was here that funding, route of operation and attack planning were finalized. After this, Muzaffar used to run the entire network sitting from Dubai. He handled everything from money to logistics. After the arrest of brother Adil, Muzaffar immediately fled to Afghanistan. According to the police, Muzaffar played a big role in pushing Adil towards radicalism. He introduced Adil to Umar, Muzammil and Maulvi Irfan. Agencies suspect that Muzaffar had also ordered the Delhi blast.

Telegram Group and Medical College Link

According to reports, the entire module was influenced by two Telegram groups that provided radical content. After returning from Türkiye, Muzammil came to Faridabad University. Adil was posted in Saharanpur (Uttar Pradesh). After this the activities of this group increased across the country. The police is trying its best to catch Dr. Muzaffar through Interpol, because his arrest can open the connections of the network spread in many countries.
