Bangalore: The ₹7 crore CMS money transport vehicle robbery case in the city is taking a turn for the moment as the police have intensified the investigation. The driver of the vehicle has been taken into custody by the Siddapur station police and intensive interrogation is being conducted.
Police have thoroughly inspected the stolen CMS vehicle. A search was carried out by the Soco team inside the vehicle to get forensic and technical assistance. Fingerprint officers are busy collecting fingerprints of the occupants of the vehicle and the robbers. The investigation is on to get clear information about the number of cash boxes in the CMS vehicle and the boxes available now.

The main link in the case, the driver of the CMS vehicle, has been taken into custody by the Siddapur police station and has been interrogated. The police are asking the driver many important questions. How many people came to the robbery? What did the robber tell you? Why did you stop the vehicle? Who informed the robbers about the money? Why let them drive?

Bangalore City Police Commissioner Seemanth Kumar Singh has made an important statement regarding the robbery case. The commissioner has confirmed that the information has been received that an amount of around 7 crores has gone. The driver is not properly informed. We have blockaded the entire Silicon City.
