Guwahati: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s Sarsanghchalak Dr. Mohan Bhagwat, while appealing to the youth of Assam and the entire North-East, said that those who separated from India, their diversity was getting lost, like the Punjabi and Sindhi communities in Pakistan are now forced to adopt Urdu. He said that the society which respects diversity is the Hindu society. Today, in the Youth Leadership Conference organized at Sudarshanalaya, Barabari, Guwahati, in front of more than a hundred youth representatives from different areas, he explained in detail the principles, ideals and methodology of the Sangh and also threw light on the ongoing debates about the organization.

Awareness is necessary in society

Mohan Bhagwat said that corruption will not be ended by law, but by character building. Similarly, cow protection is not possible only through legal provisions; For this, awareness in the society is also necessary.

It is mandatory to follow the principle of ‘India First’

He said that it is mandatory to follow the principle of ‘India First’. India should neither be biased nor hostile towards any foreign country. America and China act on the basis of their respective national interests, and their mutual competition is also the result of these interests, no matter how much they talk about global brotherhood. Our policy should be very clear – India’s foreign policy should be completely ‘Pro-India’, not for or against America or China. When we protect our national interests, global well-being is automatically ensured. A strong and self-reliant India will be able to face any challenge and establish a more harmonious global order, playing an important role in resolving various conflicts arising in the world in the future.

Take a closer look at the Youth Union and understand

Dr. Mohan Bhagwat appealed to the youth of Assam and the entire North-East not to form opinions about the Sangh on the basis of any kind of preconceived notions or sponsored propaganda. He said that the young generation should see and understand the Sangh closely.

Society should be organized and virtuous

He said that Indian tradition says, ‘My path is right, but in your situation your path can also be right.’ Giving examples, he said that those who separated from India, their diversity started disappearing, like the Punjabi and Sindhi communities in Pakistan are now forced to adopt Urdu. He said that the society that respects diversity is the Hindu society and the main objective of the Sangh is to create such a society. He said, “Until the Indian society is organized and virtuous, the destiny of the country will not change.”
