Chamarajanagar: An incident occurred in Amchawadi village of Chamarajanagar taluk in which a person was seriously injured due to an accidental explosion of explosives.

Paddi (35), a resident of Amchawadi, was the injured person. The explosives kept in the house for wild boar hunting suddenly exploded and due to the intensity of the explosion, Paddi was seriously injured. Hearing the sound, the villagers rushed and immediately admitted him to the district hospital. He has been shifted to a hospital in Mysore for further treatment

Collecting explosives for hunting is illegal and the police have registered a case.
