Bangalore: Chitradurga MLA K.C., who was in jail for the past 4 months in a money laundering case. Virendra Pappy finally got a big relief. A Special People’s Court in Bangalore granted conditional bail.

Virender Pappi, who was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on charges of illegal money laundering (PMLA), was lodged in Parappana Agrahara Central Jail in Bengaluru for the past four months. After a long hearing and arguments, the court granted bail.

The court has imposed certain important conditions while granting bail to the MLAs. A bond worth Rs 5 lakh and two sureties have been suggested. Cannot leave their area of ​​operation or prescribed jurisdiction without the permission of the court. Full cooperation should be given to the investigation. The witnesses related to the case should not be threatened in any way or try to destroy the evidence.
