What is the news?

Looking at Malaika Arora’s fit body, it seems as if she is still only 25 years old. The credit for this goes to yoga, which has been an important part of his lifestyle for years. She often tells her fans about the benefits of different types of yoga asanas through social media. Now she has shared a new video, in which she is advising to do 5 types of pranayam. Pranayama is yoga focused on breath.

Bhastrika

Malaika is first seen doing Bhastrika in the video. In this, breath is taken in and out rapidly and powerfully. For this, keep your waist, neck and back straight and sit cross-legged. Breathe in and out quickly while making sounds through both nostrils. Gradually increase the speed of breathing. By doing Bhastrika, energy increases and metabolism also remains strong.

kapalbhati

Kapalbhati is the most famous pranayama, which means ‘shining the skull’. From this it becomes clear that this pranayam calms the mind and enhances the glow of the face. For this, sit straight and in a meditative posture. Take a deep breath and while exhaling, pull the stomach inwards rapidly. Do this process at least 20 to 30 times over several sessions.

Anulom-Vilom

Malaika is also seen doing Anulom-Vilom in the video. In this, one has to inhale from one nostril and exhale from the other. During this, both the nostrils are used alternately. For this, close your right nostril with your right thumb. During this, take a deep breath through your left nostril. After this, close the left nostril with your ring finger and breathe through the right nostril. Do this pranayam for 10 minutes.

Bhramari

Bhramari is a special type of pranayam, which means ‘bumblebee’. During this, a sound like the humming of a bumblebee is made while exhaling. For this, sit in meditation posture and take a deep breath. Now while exhaling, make a soft humming sound from your mouth. Doing this increases concentration and helps in reducing stress. With its help, memory also improves.

Udgeetha

Udgeetha Pranayama is a pranayama based on the pronunciation of Om, which combines breath and sound. For this, sit straight and take a deep breath. While exhaling, say Om until the breath stops. During this, concentrate on the vibrations of your body. Making this pranayam a part of daily routine strengthens the balance between mind and body. This also reduces stress and improves concentration.
