There will be CBI investigation in Ankita Bhandari case, CM Dhami recommended, said- the victim was our daughter.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has recommended a CBI investigation in the Ankita Bhandari case. CM Dhami said that this is a clear proof of the entire case that the state government has ensured justice with fairness, transparency and determination from beginning to end. Apart from this, separate FIRs have also been registered in relation to some audio clips being circulated on social media in recent times, the investigation process on which is going on continuously.

CM Dhami bluntly said that the intention of the government is completely clear. No fact or evidence will be ignored. He said emotionally that Ankita was not just a victim, but she was also our sister and daughter.

CM met the family members of the victim

CM informed that recently he himself met the parents of late Ankita Bhandari, during the conversation, he demanded a CBI inquiry into the matter. CM said that fully respecting the request and sentiments of late Ankita’s parents, the state government has decided to get the matter investigated by CBI.

CM Dhami once again reiterated that the state government has been committed to ensuring justice earlier also. In future too, the government will remain fully determined to provide justice to late sister Ankita Bhandari with full determination and sensitivity.
