‘We have to avenge our history’, NSA Ajit Doval’s sharp words on the enemies of the country

New Delhi: At the inaugural ceremony of the Developed India Youth Leaders Dialogue, NSA Ajit Doval made strong attacks on the enemies of the country. He said that this independent India was not always as independent as it seems now. For this our ancestors made sacrifices. He suffered a lot of humiliation and faced a lot of helplessness. During this time, many people were hanged. Even our villages were burnt. An attempt was made to destroy our civilization. Our temples were looted and we remained silent spectators. Kept looking at him helplessly.

There should be a fire of change within every youth – Doval

NSA Ajit Doval further said, ‘This history gives us a challenge that today there should be a fire of change within every youth of India. The word vengeance is not ideal, but vengeance itself is a powerful force. We have to avenge our history. We have to take this India back to the point where we can build a great India on the basis of our rights, our thinking and our beliefs.

‘Youth will have to remember the lessons of history’

He further said that our civilization was very developed. We did not destroy anyone else’s religious places. We did not even go anywhere to loot. When the rest of the world was very backward, we did not attack any country or any foreigner. But we failed to understand the threats to our security and ourselves. History has taught us. Whenever we remained indifferent towards them, we learned a lesson. But have we learned that lesson? Will we remember that lesson? If the coming generations forget that lesson, it will be the biggest tragedy for this India.

Why do we have to fight wars?

NSA Ajit Doval said, ‘You can increase your willpower. This willpower later becomes national power. Why do we fight wars? We are not psychopaths who get satisfaction from seeing the dead bodies and severed limbs of our enemies. This is not why wars are fought. Wars are meant to break the morale of a country, so that it surrenders as per our wish and accepts our conditions, so that we can achieve our desired achievement.
