New Delhi: West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee’s troubles have increased. ED has filed a writ petition against Mamta in the Supreme Court. This is a case of intimidation and threat to 3 ED officers.

ED says that this petition has been filed against wrongly restricting ED officers during the search operation in Kolkata. This petition has been filed against the West Bengal government and the Chief Minister.

Very serious allegations against Mamta and many others in ED’s petition in Supreme Court

The petition filed by central investigation agency ED contains serious allegations against Mamata Banerjee and many others. It said that West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and the DGP obstructed the search. CBI, FIR should be registered and investigation should be conducted against West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, DGP Rajeev Kumar and CP Manoj Verma for obstructing the search on January 8 in the coal scam of about Rs 2,742 crore.

The petition said that Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and the DGP disrupted the search process by forcibly entering. TMC supporters tried to hijack the High Court proceedings. Before the High Court hearing, TMC supporters created a planned ruckus through WhatsApp group. A CBI FIR should be registered and investigation should be conducted against West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, DGP Rajeev Kumar and CP Manoj Verma for obstructing the January 8 search in the coal scam worth Rs 2,742 crore.

The petition said that Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee along with more than 100 policemen entered Prateek Jain’s residence at 12:05 pm and forcibly took away the laptop, mobile phone and documents seized by the ED in a truck.
