Superheroes will take over OTT, many series ready to explode in 2026

2026 will prove to be a blast for OTT lovers. Especially for those who like movies or web series based on superheroes. Marvel and DC are all set to kick off with their much-awaited and impressive shows. These include many names from ‘Wonder Man’ to ‘Daredevil’. ‘Wonder Man’ and ‘Daredevil: Born Again Season 2’

‘Wonder Man’ starring Simon Williams, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II and Ben Kingsley is releasing on January 28. Its streaming will be on JioHotstar. Through this series, Marvel will add a touch of comedy along with the life of superheroes. Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 is being eagerly awaited which is set to release on March 4, 2026 on this OTT platform. This time Jessica Jones is also returning to the series.

‘Spider-Noir’ and ‘The Boys Season 5’

The series ‘Spider-Noir’ starring actor Nicolas Cage in the lead role will hit Amazon Prime Video in 2026. It is a live-action series whose story is based on the backdrop of 1930s New York. The producers will telecast this series in both black and white and color formats. The 5th and last season of the popular web series ‘The Boys Season’ will hit Prime Video on April 8. This season promises to be intensely emotional and action-packed.

‘VisionQuest’ and ‘The Punisher Special’

Marvel’s series ‘VisionQuest’ is set to release in 2026, but the official release is yet to be announced. The show will complete the story following ‘WandaVision’ and ‘Agatha All Along’ with the return of Paul Bettany’s Vision and James Spader’s Ultron. ‘The Punisher Special’ directed by Renaldo Marcus Green is likely to release in mid-2026 on JioHotstar. It stars Jason R. as the lead character. Moore and Roe Ransel will appear.
