It was recently in the news that the compound built on the site that was said to belong to actor Yash’s mother was demolished. Pushpa had put up a compound on a site measuring 125*45 adjacent to Yash’s mother Pushpa’s house in Hassan. That compound was broken by one Devaraj using JCB. But Yash’s mother condemned this and visited the police station and lodged a complaint. He also filed a case in court with the help of a lawyer. But now Pushpa is facing a setback in the court.
Yash’s mother Pushpa and Nataraj filed a petition against Devaraj in the fourth JMFC court in Hassan. Pushpa had filed an application in the court demanding a stay on the earlier order in the site case and an injunction before issuing a notice to Devaraj. Nataraju also sought a stay on the earlier order given to Devaraju. But the court did not grant these petitions.

According to Yash’s mother, a few years ago he bought a plot measuring 125*45 feet in Survey No. 90 in Vidyanagar, Hassan from Girish. A compound was put up for its settlement. But he alleged that Devaraj illegally broke into his compound and seized the site and also put a board on the site. Yash’s mother accused him of doing this to spoil his name.
But as said by Devaraj, a resident of Mysore called Lakshmamma, Devaraj had made the site GPA a few years ago. Also the court also accepted that the site belongs to them and they said that they cleared the compound as per the order of the court. Also, the Pushpa side had also alleged that they had threatened their lives regarding the site.
Now the fourth JMFC court has only issued a notice to Devaraj and directed him to attend the hearing. The case will be heard on January 31.
