Kannada’s first publicity agency Raghavendra Chitravanige 50’s Sadagara! – Btv Kannada

Raghavendra Chitravanige, Kannada’s first publicity agency, is now in its 50s. Raghavendra Chitravani was started in 1976 by D.V.Sudhindra. This is the only agency that has done promotional work for more than 3000 films so far. So far in the history of Indian cinema there is no example of any Promotional Organization (PRO) working actively for fifty years. Presently this Raghavendra Chitravani is headed by Sudhindra Venkatesh. Sudhindra’s son Sunil Sudhindra, DG Vasudev, Pawan Venkatesh are supporting. Raghavendra Chitravani has decided to celebrate its 50th anniversary in the month of April. As a prelude to this, the logo unveiling ceremony of the Golden Jubilee was held recently. Veteran actors JK Srinivasamurthy, actor Komal Kumar and actress Anu Prabhakar Mukherjee unveiled the Golden Jubilee Logo of Raghavendra Chitravani. Mrs. Padma Sudhindra, wife of D.V. Sudhindra was present on the occasion.

Veteran actor JK Srinivasamurthy, Raghavendra Chitravani is also 50 years old. It is 50 years since I came to the cinema, and since then I have been associated with Sudhindra. It’s really nice to see a campaign organization working so actively. Raghavendra wished Chitravani to see a centenary celebration.

It was Sudhindra who wished me, “Will you grow up to be a big actor in Kannada cinema?” I will be happy to see Sudhindra’s full family. After the death of Sudhindra, Venkatesh has been carrying the responsibility of the organization adequately. Everyone in the family stands by him. Actor Komal Kumar wished Raghavendra Chitravani to make more name with Raya’s kindness.

Ever since I was a child actress, I grew up looking after Sudhindra sir. Very close to our family and his family. Actress Anu Prabhakar Mukherjee said that it is a matter of pride that a campaign organization has been active for 50 years as everyone has said.

Speaking about the launch of Raghavendra Chitravani, Sudhindra Venkatesh, director of the organization, thanked the dignitaries for unveiling the logo. Preparations are underway to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Raghavendra Chitravani in April. He said, “We should thank the film industry and the media industry, which have been encouraging us since then.” DV Sudhindra’s son Sunil Sudhindra, DG Venkatesh, Pawan Venkatesh and Sudhindra’s family members were present in the ceremony.
