India and America have announced the framework of their interim trade agreement on Saturday, which will give a new direction to the relations between India and America. Along with this, America’s Trump administration has also shared the map of India. This map of India quietly became the center of discussion and is gaining a lot of headlines on social media. Pakistan may feel irritated after seeing this map of India released by America. The reason for this is that America has declared PoK as a part of India, on which Pakistan keeps claiming.

America released the map of India, know why it is special

Releasing the details of the trade agreement, the Office of the US Trade Representative released a map of India showing the entire Jammu and Kashmir, including Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK), as part of India. Apart from this, Aksai Chin has also been included in the map, which China claims as its own. In this way, the map released by America is going to increase the concern of both Pakistan and China.

However, US approval was not necessary to confirm India’s territorial sovereignty. India has always been saying that Kashmir is an integral part of the country. Earlier too, the Kashmir region (PoK) was clearly demarcated keeping in mind the concerns of Pakistan in the maps issued by the US or its State Department. But the latest map released by the Trump administration completely rejects Pakistan’s claims.
