Bodies of 3 people have been recovered from a car on Peeragarhi flyover in Delhi. Police reached the spot after receiving information and took the bodies of all three to the nearest hospital for post-mortem. The actual cause of death will be revealed after the post mortem report comes. In the preliminary investigation, the police suspect that all three may have committed suicide. There was a stir when bodies of three people were found together in the car. A huge crowd of people gathered at the spot.

How did the police find the three bodies?

Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Sachin Sharma said that at around 4 pm, information about a dead body was received in the police control room on Peeragarhi flyover. When the police reached the spot, they found three dead bodies. He said that from the documents found with him, the deceased have been identified as Randhir (76), Naresh Singh (47) and Lakshmi Devi (40). After this, the bodies of all three were sent to the hospital for post-mortem.

Police expressed suspicion of suicide

DCP Sachin said that based on the investigation so far, there seems to be a possibility of suicide of the three deceased. Probably, after consuming poisonous substance, all three parked the car on the flyover and locked it from inside. He said that there was no immediate indication of any kind of disturbance related to looting, theft or scuffle on the spot. The actual cause of death will be revealed only after the post mortem report comes.
