Is Palash Muchhal running away from investigation?

What is the news?

The ongoing legal dispute between music director Palash Muchhal and Vigyan Mane has now reached a complicated turn. While on one hand Palash’s lawyers are claiming to get interim relief from the Bombay High Court, on the other hand Vigyan Mane has completely rejected these claims. Vigyan clarified that the defamation notice sent by Palash is personal and not a court order and his lawyer has responded to it.

Science banned for giving controversial statement against Palash

Actually, Vigyan Mane had claimed that his marriage with cricketer Smriti Mandhana had ended due to Palash cheating on him. Taking a strong stance on these allegations, the High Court has now restrained Vigyan from making any defamatory comments or posts against Palash. The court admitted that during this controversy, statements were made that harmed Palash’s image, after which this interim order has been issued.

High Court said – no compromise with reputation

The court has considered the honor and dignity of the person as paramount in this case. The court clearly said that such comments can cause serious damage to the reputation and dignity of any person. The bench stressed that it is necessary to prevent further damage to Palash Muchhal’s image. The court has ordered Vigyan to immediately stop making any kind of comment against Palash till the next hearing.

Palash’s lawyer called the court’s decision a big relief

Palash Muchhal’s lawyer, Shreyansh Mithare, while reacting to this court decision, has called it a big victory. He said that with this decision of the court, the false and misleading comments being spread against Palash have been immediately stopped. According to the lawyer, this intervention of the court amid this controversy will help in maintaining impartiality and restoring the reputation of Palash.

Dispute over court order, science said – no notice received

On the other hand, Vigyan Mane says that he has not received any official order in this regard from the court or any other government department. He clarified that the reports of relief being granted by the Bombay High Court are completely misleading and he has not yet received any such letter from the court or the police. Vigyan on the contrary alleged that Palash was avoiding police investigation and despite being called several times, did not appear for questioning.

Science made serious allegations against Palash

Vigyan claimed on social media that Palash had betrayed Smriti Mandhana and was not loyal to her. Vigyan has also accused Palash of fraud of Rs 40 lakh. He says that Palash had taken this amount, which he is not returning. On the other hand, Palash has called all these allegations completely false. Due to this, he has sent a defamation notice of Rs 10 crore to Vigyan Mane.
