‘North-East is Ashtalakshmi for us, treasure opened in the budget’, know what PM Modi said

PM Modi Guwahati Speech: In a rally in Guwahati, Assam, PM Modi said that the country’s budget had come just a few days ago. This is my first visit to Assam and North-East after the budget. We are serving the North-East with devotion, which was always ignored by the Congress. North East is Ashtalakshmi for us. This year’s budget is going to further strengthen the vision of BJP-NDA for Ashtalakshmi.

Assam gave its children for the defense of the nation- PM Modi

Prime Minister Modi said, ‘Mother Kamakhya has been very kind to Assam, the people of Assam, the country and the countrymen. With his blessings, Assam has given many children who protect the nation and carry forward the country’s independence and culture. Today I salute one such child, Kabindra Purkayastha. He dedicated his entire life to the service of Assam and society. Paying tribute to this contribution, the BJP-NDA government has got the privilege of honoring him with the Padma Award.

Padma awards given to 125 personalities from North-East

He further said that since 2014, more than 125 great personalities from the North-East have received Padma Awards. This shows how great is the potential of the soil of Assam and North-East. This capability of North-East is now a major foundation of developed India.

Prime Minister Modi praised the workers of Assam

PM Modi said, ‘There are many opportunities to hold big public meetings. The public continues to visit Janardan and address him. But, it is a great privilege for me to have darshan of the booth level workers of Assam. If anyone gets the credit for where BJP has reached today, it goes only to the BJP workers.

Darshan of BJP workers is my good fortune

He said that we have faith in the organization. We consider the power of organization to be the basis of change in national life. Therefore, it is a great privilege to see such a large number of grassroots workers.
