Rain alert on 17th and 18th February

The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) said on social media platform X that due to the impact of a new western disturbance, there will be rain and snowfall at some places in the western Himalayan region on February 17 and 18 (Tuesday-Wednesday). There is an alert of rain in the plains of North-West India also.

There will be a significant change in the weather

According to IMD, there will be showers with thunder and strong winds. Due to this, there is going to be a significant change in the weather. The day temperature will also drop. The Meteorological Department said that the effect of western disturbance will start from Tuesday (February 16).
