The price of veteran carmaker Maruti Suzuki’s electric SUV E-Vitara has been leaked online even before its official launch. The Nexa website and some authorized dealers have revealed the price of its Alpha variant. The electric car has been introduced with 49kWh and 61kWh batteries, which are capable of delivering an ARAI-certified range of 543 kilometers on a single charge. DC fast charging capability enables the battery to be charged from 0 to 80 percent in approximately 50 minutes. According to the leak, the price of its top Alpha variant is said to be Rs 24.79 lakh (ex-showroom). At present, the time frame for announcing the official price of this vehicle has not been revealed.
