French President Macron’s visit to India, list of 21 major agreements signed today revealed

During the visit of French President Emmanuel Macron to India (17-19 February), many important agreements and announcements were made between India and France. Macron’s journey started from Mumbai. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Macron held a bilateral meeting in Mumbai and then attended the AI ​​Impact Summit in Delhi.

6. Renewal of Defense Cooperation Agreement between the Government of India and the French Republic.

8. Reciprocating posting of officers to the Indian Army and French Land Forces.
9. Formation of Joint Advanced Technology Development Group.
10. Joint Declaration on Cooperation in Critical Minerals and Metals.
11. Letter of Intent to establish Advanced Materials Center between DST and CNRS.
12. Protocol amending the Double Tax Avoidance Agreement between India and France.
