CEOs of Google and Microsoft have come, companies and big institutions of the country are showcasing their work in the field of AI. But Galgotias University of Greater Noida did something which put a black spot on the entire summit. In this summit, Galgotias University presented a Chinese-made robo-dog in its pavilion as its own. The theft of Galgotias University was caught and immediate action was taken against it. Galgotias University was asked to immediately pack up from the summit, electricity to the pavilion was cut off and it was cordoned off from all sides with black ribbons.

Galgotias University claimed in the summit that it is also doing great work in the field of robotics, a drone soccer and two robots were kept in the university’s pavilion. One of these was Robo Dog. It was claimed that this robo dog has been developed by Galgotias University. Professor Neha Singh told that the name of this robot dog is Oroyan, which has been prepared by the Center of Excellence of Galgotias University. This is the era of internet and within a few minutes the news spread all over the world. Lies do not remain hidden for long. The same thing happened, within some time the truth came out. It was found out that this robo dog was made by the Chinese company Uni-Tree. This robo dog of GO-2 model is being sold in the market for Rs 2 to 3 lakh.

Chinese media also posted a photo with Uni-Tree’s robo dog on social media and said that an Indian company is claiming the Chinese robo-dog as its own. Due to this lie of Galgotias University, India’s image was tarnished in the whole world. When the matter escalated, Galgotias University admitted its mistake and apologized, but due to this action the government had to face problems. IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said that it is wrong to judge the entire summit by making an issue of one person’s mistake. Vaishnav said that immediate action has been taken against the wrongdoers, hundreds of good things have also come from the summit, new ideas have come, attention should be paid to those also. The act of Galgotias University is an example of how the shamelessness of one person can embarrass the entire country. This cannot be avoided by saying that it was an unintentional mistake. This was a well thought out lie, a fluke which was caught. This gave an opportunity to China, gave spice to Congress, gave an opportunity to embarrass those who were jealous of the AI ​​summit, the government had to take action. In the evening, Galgotias University also apologized for its actions but the damage that was to be done to its image was already done.

Big companies of the world like Google, Microsoft, IBM, OpenAI, Anthropic, AMD are showcasing their AI models, seeing which it becomes clear how important the role of AI will be in our lives in the future. IBM introduced a tool with the help of which farmers will be able to detect the diseases of their crops and know the ways to get rid of them. For this, farmers just have to upload the pictures of their crops in this AI tool of IBM. Tata Consultancy Services has created a powerful AI tool for handloom operators. This tool will help the weavers to design the fabric, tell them the color coding of the fabric and help in preparing the fabric. Be it the battlefield or the operation theatre, many AI models related to the medical sector have been showcased. A model will now help doctors in surgery also.
