Killer of Hindu police officer in Bangladesh caught in Delhi, was fleeing to Finland

The Immigration Department has caught this Bangladeshi citizen and deported him back to Bangladesh. The full name of this Bangladeshi citizen is Mahdi Ahmed Raza Hasan. During the violence, a video of Mahdi also went viral on social media, in which he was seen threatening police officers sitting in the police station.

Killer caught before fleeing to Finland

Actually, Mahdi Ahmed Raza Hasan is accused of killing a Hindu Bangladeshi police officer during the Bangladesh violence. The name of the deceased Hindu Bangladeshi police officer was Santosh Chaudhary. The accused was planning to flee to Finland via India but was caught by the Immigration Department.

According to reports, Mahdi allegedly killed police officer Santosh Chaudhary. He carried out this incident during the attack on Baniyachang police station. After the attack, Santosh Chaudhary’s body was found hanging from a tree. This incident took place on 5 August 2024, the day the former Prime Minister of Bangladesh was expelled from her country.

When Hindu police officer Santosh Chaudhary was killed during violent protests against Sheikh Hasina’s government in Bangladesh, he had been married only a few months. 3 months after his death in the attack on Baniyachang police station in Habiganj, Santosh Chaudhary’s wife gave birth to a son. Whose father’s shadow was removed from his head by the rioters even before he came into the world.
