7. Was the T-shirt printed in Delhi or outside Delhi?
8. Who paid for the printing of the T-shirt?
9. Whose plan was to enter inside with a black umbrella, which was later cancelled?
10. Was the plan to create a ruckus his own or did he do it on someone’s advice?

4 accused arrested in shirtless protest case

Apart from BJP leaders, common users on the internet have also criticized this performance of Youth Congress. However, 4 accused have been arrested in this case. All were produced in Patiala House Court today itself. Delhi Police has imposed many serious sections in the FIR. The accused also scuffled with the police. Now Delhi Police is investigating a larger conspiracy in this case. The four arrested accused have been identified as Krishna Hari (National Secretary, Youth Congress, Bihar); Kundan Yadav, (State Secretary, Bihar); Ajay Kumar (State Vice President, UP) and Narasimha Yadav (National Coordinator, Telangana).
