Prabhas praises his favorite director: Who is that director?

Although Prabhas is currently busy with a series of action films, the only thing close to his mind is love stories. Prabhas said that ‘I like romantic love stories very much’. Apart from that, he revealed that legendary director Mani Ratnam’s movie ‘Geetanjali’ is his all-time favourite. From this, it is clear that Prabhas, who wields a machete and a gun on screen and slashes his opponents, is a soft-hearted romantic hero.

Now Prabhas has talked about one of his favorite directors in an interview, that is director Puri Jagannath. Prabhas expressed special praise for him. ‘Directors who envision and write a hero like Puri Jagannath are rare in Indian cinema. In my career I loved the roles in ‘Buzzigadu’ and ‘Ek Niranjan’, I was thrilled when I heard the role of the lead in ‘Buzzigadu’. He has said that there is no one who plays heroes like Puri Jagannath, which is an art he is particularly fond of. Prabhas recalls that he was initially apprehensive while playing Puri’s ‘Buzzigadu’, but the character’s mannerisms were amazing.

Prabhas is currently involved in Hanu Raghavapudi’s ‘Fauji’. It is a beautiful love story with a war background and Prabhas will be seen as a soldier. Apart from this, there are huge expectations on Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s ‘Spirit’. After that he will act in the movies ‘Kalki 2’ and ‘Salar 2’.
