According to the information, Pakistani intelligence agency ISI is busy recruiting Bangladeshis living illegally in India to carry out terrorist attacks in India. After the arrest of 8 suspected Lashkar terrorists, the Special Cell has revealed that Pakistani intelligence agency ISI is also funding recruitment.

Direct contact with Hafiz Saeed and Zaki-ur-Rehman

According to the information, Lashkar’s handler Shabbir Ahmed Lone, sitting in Bangladesh, was in direct contact with Lashkar Chief Hafiz Saeed and Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi, a top Lashkar terrorist and one of the masterminds of the 26/11 attacks, since 2007. It has also been revealed that in 2007, when the Special Cell arrested Shabbir Shah in Delhi, evidence was found that Shabbir Shah used to talk directly to Hafiz Saeed and Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi.
