Action is underway against Youth Congress workers who created ruckus in Delhi AI Summit. Delhi Police has recovered the car of Youth Congress leader Krishna Hari. Police have recovered T-shirts and posters from the car. Another protester has also been detained. According to sources, Delhi Police is looking for a person named Mukesh Sharma. Police teams are conducting raids in search of absconding Youth Congress workers. These raids took place at a dozen places including Delhi.

Who all were arrested?

Till now the police have arrested 5 accused in this case. The accused arrested by the police so far include National Secretary of Youth Congress Krishna Hari, State Secretary of Bihar Youth Congress Kundan Yadav, State Vice President of Uttar Pradesh Youth Congress Ajay Kumar, National Co-ordinator of Telangana Youth Congress Narasimha Yadav and Jitendra Yadav from Gwalior.

The court has sent all of them on police remand for 5 days. The police have imposed non-bailable sections against all of them. Serious sections like Section 61/2 of BNS for criminal conspiracy, Section 221 for obstructing government work, Section 121 for causing hurt to a public servant, Section 223 for disobeying government order, Section 189 for unlawful assembly and Section 3(5) for committing crime with common intention have been imposed against the accused.
