Veteran director Rajendra Singh Babu has directed a movie named ‘Veera Kambal’ which tells the story of the Kambal sport. Aditya and many others have acted in the movie. Dharmasthala priest Virendra Heggade also acted in the movie. Talking to TV9 about this, Rajendra Singh Babu said, ‘We wanted a character who would give a message in the climax, that character should be a very strong character, I know Heggade from childhood, we played cricket together, so I asked and he also agreed.
