Bollywood’s much awaited action thriller ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ (Dhurandhar 2) With just a few days left for the release, ticket bookings across the country are setting a new record. Paid preview in select theaters on March 18 (Dhurandhar 2 Paid Previews) The ticket prices have skyrocketed. Even so, the audience is overbooking. In Delhi, the tickets of this movie have been sold for 3100 rupees. People have this Pari craze on this movie starring Ranveer Singh.
The price of recliner seats in Inox Megaplex, Borivali, Mumbai has reached Rs 3100. Delhi’s PVR Select City Walk fares up to Rs 2400. Also, the price of normal seats in metro cities is around 600 to 900 rupees. Even though the IMAX shows cost more than 1000 rupees, most of the shows are already housefull.
Not only in Hindi, but also in South Indian languages, this film has a huge demand. The tickets of ‘Dhurandhar 2’ movie in Kannada and Telugu are selling around Rs 400. In places like Bangalore, Hyderabad, the Hindi version tickets of this film have been sold for more than a thousand rupees. Rs 166 is fixed because of the price cap in Tamil Nadu.
Within a few days of the start of advance booking, about 3 lakh tickets of the movie ‘Dhurandhar 2’ have been sold. By this, it has collected more than 15 crores in India even before its release. This is the highest collection ever for a Bollywood film’s premiere show.
