India imports (ie buys) crude oil from these countries.

Meanwhile, Union Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Hardeep Singh Puri said that there is no shortage of oil in India. Consumers need not panic. The government is managing the trilemma of energy availability, affordability and sustainability.
