The director and I discussed and decided that the character should have an athletic body. For this I did a special workout which included strength training, swimming and yoga. I followed a strict diet while shooting for the climax’, he said. Fitness trainer Arunava Bhattacharya also appreciated Chaitanya’s efforts.
Directed by ‘Virupaksha’ fame Karthik, ‘Vrishakarma’ is being made on a big budget. Meenakshi Chowdhury is acting opposite Naga Chaitanya in the film. Elsewhere, Jayaram, Satya Akkala and Sparsh Srivastav are in the lead roles. The movie will be released on March 20.
