Bollywood actress Nora Fatehi (Nora Fatehi) And the song ‘Sarse Nin Seraga Sarse’ featuring actor Sanjay Dutt has become a huge controversy. Following the outcry that the song’s lyrics and visuals were insulting to women, the Hindi version (Sarke Chunar Teri) The song has been removed from official platforms. Composed by Arjun Janya and sung by Mangli, the lines of this song have received huge criticism. Many have complained that the words used in the lyrics portray women in a bad light.
Netizens are also unhappy about the choreography of the song ‘Sarse Ninna Seraga Sarse’. Wide criticism has been heard on social media that the scenes of Nora Fatehi repeatedly putting down her saree and picking it up again are indecent. This controversy is not limited to social media and has reached the legal stage.
Lawyer Vineet Jindal has filed a complaint with the Censor Board, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. A separate complaint has been lodged with the cyber cell of the Delhi Police, demanding action under the Indian Penal Code and the POCSO Act as the song is available to minors as well. The National Human Rights Commission has issued a notice to the film crew in this regard.
Many dignitaries including singer Armaan Malik, actress Kangana Ranaut and cricketer Harbhajan Singh have expressed displeasure over the lyrics of the song ‘Sarse Ninna Seraga Sarse’. The Hindi version of the song was deleted from YouTube on March 17 following strong opposition.

Although the Hindi version has been deleted, these songs in other South Indian languages including Kannada are still available. I wonder when they will be removed. Commenting on the Hindi version, lyricist Rakib Alam said, ‘I have only translated the original Kannada lyrics into Hindi, there is nothing wrong with me’.
