Chardham Yatra 2026 will start from 19th April and many changes have been made in the Yatra this year. These decisions are said to have been taken keeping in mind the safety and maintenance of the Yatra.
Restrictions have been imposed on carrying mobile phones inside the temple premises. A special room will be arranged for the devotees. Mobile phones have to be kept there. Notably, this rule also applies to VIPs.
