Iran’s Islamic regime secretly hanged three people on Thursday, including 19-year-old international wrestler Saleh Mohammadi. The three were arrested during the nationwide anti-government movement in January this year. He faces many charges including the murder of two police officers. Hengao Human Rights Organization posted a video of Mohammadi’s wrestling on Twitter and wrote that Mohammadi was secretly hanged in Qom Central Jail on the morning of Thursday, March 19, 2026, on charges of ‘enmity against God’ (Moharebeh). The video shared by the organization was shared by Mohammadi himself on his Instagram page, detailing his sporting journey. The other two hanged are Mehdi Ghassemi and Saeed Dawoodi.
