Delhi High Court orders Newslaundry to remove material defaming Aaj Tak and India Today

The statements contained in the impugned order of the Single Judge are without any independent criteria and are biased. Such loss cannot be compensated by monetary compensation or any other relief. Therefore, interim protection is necessary.”
