After the cabinet expansion in Uttarakhand, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has also made the much awaited division of departments on Sunday. The Chief Minister has kept important departments like General Administration, Home, Personnel, Vigilance, Appointment and Training along with Information and Public Relations with himself, due to which direct control will be maintained on governance and law and order. Let us tell you that after the expansion of the cabinet, Chief Minister Dhami himself was handling 35 departments alone, but now he has divided them.

The cabinet was expanded in Uttarakhand on March 20. In this, Khajan Das, Madan Kaushik, Bharat Singh Chaudhary, Pradeep Batra and Ram Singh Kaida were given place in the cabinet. After that, now the Chief Minister has also divided the departments to speed up the work of the government and ensure better coordination. This division has been done keeping in mind administrative efficiency, regional balance and better implementation.

The Chief Minister has entrusted the responsibility of social welfare, minority welfare, student welfare and language to Khajan Das, who was included in the cabinet. Similarly, Bharat Singh has been given the Ministry of Rural Development, Small and Micro Medium Industries (MSME), Khadi and Village Industries, Ram Singh has been given the Ministry of Urban Development, Environment Protection and Climate Change, Pradeep Batra has been given the Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Good Governance, Science Technology, Biotechnology and Madan Kaushik has been given the Ministry of Panchayati Raj, Disaster Management and Rehabilitation, AYUSH and AYUSH Education, Restructuring and Census.
