Delhi: On the talks between Israel and India, Israel’s Ambassador to India Reuven Azar said, “We have had high-level talks with both the Prime Minister and the Foreign Minister. They are briefing the Indian government about the objectives of this operation and the current situation. I am confident that India is making every possible effort to serve its interests. But the basic thing from our point of view is that once we remove these terrible threats looming over West Asia from Iran, For a radical Islamic theocracy that is building a nuclear arsenal as well as thousands of ballistic missiles and millions of drones, this plan will undermine the stability of the region, endangering the lives of 10 million Indians living in the Gulf region.

Most importantly, it will also thwart the great plans that we have all made with India to make West Asia an attractive, stable, and capable region for investment and connectivity projects, the Israeli ambassador added, especially since India has signed so many trade agreements. “This will increase the number of transactions and the volume of goods moving east-west. I believe that a change in the conduct of this regime will be of great benefit.
