The movie ‘Love Mocktel 3’, starring, produced and directed by Darling Krishna, was released in theaters last week and the movie is doing well. Even amidst the hype of ‘Dhurandhar 2’ and ‘Ustad Bhagat Singh’, the movie ‘Love Mocktel 3’ is attracting people. The movie ‘Love Mocktel 3’ has a story about father-daughter bond and the story of the movie is written by Darling Krishna himself. But recently directors Guru Deshpande and Raghavendra Nayak accused Darling Krishna of stealing our story. Now Darling Krishna, Milana Nagaraj, Yadhunandan have said that they will file a case against Guru and Raghavendra.
Darling Krishna and Milana Nagaraj had called a press conference to clarify the story stealing allegations against them, Darling Krishna who spoke in front of the media vented his anger against Guru Deshpande and Raghavendra Naik who are accusing them of stealing the story. He also warned that legal action would be taken against both of them.
In a statement given to the media, Raghavendra Naik himself said that he did not take the scenes or dialogues of my story. But they are saying that they have stolen the story. Actually the story in our movie is a story that actually happened in Lucknow. He also told the same story. Darling Krishna said, “Tell me the story on Google, now they are saying that the story has been stolen.”
‘The audience is looking at us with suspicion due to the allegations made by him. We wrote the story after four years of hard work. First we think of the climax and then we start filming. We thought about the second half of the film four years ago. But now some viewers are saying that he has stolen the story because of what he has accused. This is a matter of disrespect to us, I am personally very upset about this,” said Krishna.

They said, ‘The movie is doing well, they came to let us make some profit, now it is enough to give us a name. But I will not yield to all this. I know what kind of person Guru Deshpande is. You answer such people through law. Guru Deshpande has done two movies with me, both are remake movies, why should I discuss the story with them,’ said Krishna.
After the release of the movie, it was going well, after a few days, he called me at 1 am and said that you have picked up my story. I said what story, he told me the story of Lucknow in two minutes, and then he also showed me a photo. Then he told a village story. He told another story in detail. So I said the story was forgotten. After he hung up I googled the obscure keyword and found the story. They said what they found on Google is a story, and now they are saying that they have stolen that story,’ said Darling Krishna.
