While teaching, professor proposed to MBBS student by saying I love you

There was an uproar at Sri Siddhartha Medical College (SSMC) in Tumkur, Karnataka, when an assistant professor proposed to a student in front of all the students while teaching in the class. Angered by this action of the professor, the students beat him fiercely in the campus. A student even beat the professor with slippers. This college is dedicated to Karnataka Home Minister G. Belongs to God. They have suspended the professor. A video of proposing and beating in class has also surfaced.

Proposed in front of all the children in the class

The professor who proposed to the students by saying “I love you” in front of all the children in the class has been identified as Abdul. In the video, Professor Abdul can be heard saying, “I cannot ignore the immense love I have received from this batch. I want to propose to one of the most special students of your batch. Today I will give chocolates to the entire batch.” The professor ended his speech by saying “I love you” to a student in the class.

Student’s argument with professor

As soon as the professor came down from the podium after proposing to the student, the student stopped him and asked to talk to the principal. During this conversation, the professor claimed that the student had expressed her love for him and that he had proof of the same. The professor turned to the student and asked “Didn’t you say ‘I love you’?”. When the girl asked the professor to show her the proof, he said, “I’ll talk to you tomorrow.” The girl refused to talk. After this the professor asked the students to take chocolate and left the classroom.

Students beat professor in campus

As soon as the news of this incident spread, other students also became angry and surrounded the professor. After this there was a heated argument and then fighting started. It is being told that the students chased the professor across the campus and attacked him again after reaching his car. Despite being injured in this attack, the professor somehow managed to escape from there.
