For the first time, the sale of electric cars beyond 4 %, know how much sold

Retail sales figures of electric vehicles (EVS) have crossed 4 per cent in May for the first time. The Federation of Automobile Dealers Association (FADA) data showed that the sale of electric cars was 2.6 percent in the same month a year ago. Car manufacturers sold around 12,304 EVs in this segment, while in May, 2024 only 8,029 vehicles were registered. It shows a 5 per cent gain on an annual basis.
