Footage Case – PIL Inquiry Jr. High Court postponed to 12! – Btv Kannada

Bangalore: The deaths of 11 innocent people in the footsteps of the city’s Chinnaswamy Stadium were a huge headache for the state government. CM Siddaramaiah has already gone to Delhi to discuss the issue with the High Command. The High Court, which had voluntarily filed a public interest petition, adjourned the hearing at 2.30 pm on June 12 without any direction that the interim application would be taken after the government’s response.

No cases were registered after the tragedy. The High Court had voluntarily filed a public interest petition. The hearing was held today at the bench of NV Kameshwara Rao and NCM Joshi.
