CJI Gawai said- judicial activism should not be converted into judicial terrorism

CJI Gawai said, “There will be judicial activism in India, but it should not be converted into judicial terrorism.”

He said that judicial review should be used in a very limited field, in a very exception, such as a law violates the basic structure of the Constitution, or a conflict with the fundamental right of the Constitution, or the law is very arbitrary, the court can use it.
