CBI charge sheet filed in French Embassy Visa fraud case, law officer’s entire family accused

CBI officials said that the accused had received an amount ranging from Rs 13 lakh to Rs 45 lakh for Schengen Visa from the applicants of Punjab.

After issuing the Schengen visa, the accused destroyed the documents and files of visa applicants.

During the investigation, the CBI raided several places including Delhi and Punjab and seized several documents related to crores of properties.

The accused was a 2-visa agent co-scientist.
