Hyderabad: Former minister Gali Janardhan Reddy has got a big relief from the Telangana High Court. The High Court, which issued an injunction on the order issued by the CBI court, granted bail on several conditions.
Similarly, it has been suggested to give 2 sheritations worth Rs 10 lakh. In addition, Janardhan Reddy is not allowed to leave India. The court has instructed the passport to be seized.
What is the case? When YS Rajasekhar Reddy in Andhra and BS Yeddyurappa in Karnataka, Obalapuram’s illegal mining case came to light. It was alleged that ore illegal mining took place in the Obalapuram hill adjoining the border of Andhra-Karnataka. Mines are illegal by the departments if the sanction is sanctioned. It was alleged that the Forest Department and the Mines were illegal.
884 crore in the Obalapur illegal mining case has been proven. A total of 29 lakh tonnes of ore was looted. The CBI’s special court, which had heard the case, said that Srinivasa Reddy, Janardhan Reddy, Ali Khan, Sabita Indra Reddy and Kripanda were convicted. Five criminals were sentenced to 7 years in prison.
