X sued the state of New York, know what is alleged

The X says that this law named ‘Stop Hidding Hate Act’ forces them to make some information public.

It states that social media companies will have to make it clear how they recognize and remove a post with hatred, misinformation, harassment or foreign influence.

X alleges that these rules are very strict and they are against the freedom to speak the first constitutional amendment of America.
