With the help of AI, now 48 percent of the customers get the policy in just 15 minutes, whereas earlier it used to take up to 4 hours.

The identity of fraud, checking of documents, giving information in customer language and answering questions through chatbott are now doing AI.

Now AI gives the answer to more than 30 percent questions, which has reduced the manual mistake.
