Chikkaballapur: Today (July 2) at the world famous Nandigiridham in the district The 14th meeting of the Cabinet will be held and the meeting is expected to shed light on the development of Chikkaballapur, Kolar and Bangalore rural districts. Similarly, more than Rs 456 crore is likely to be approved at the Cabinet meeting.
The SAARC conference was previously held at the Nandi hill station. Mahatma Gandhi had visited and rested twice. The 14th Cabinet meeting in Nandigiridham will be held at the Nandigiridham in the year 2025, with a considerable historical background.
The district has been given high priority at the Cabinet meetings in many parts of the state so far. This time, the cabinet meeting is being held at the Nandigiridham of Chikkaballapur Taluk, with the expectation of the district legislators.
On the other hand, all the preparations have been completed in the background of the Cabinet meeting. A temporary hall for the meeting of the Mayura Hotel is being constructed for the meeting. The hotel has been converted into an auditorium. Arrangements have been made to hold a press conference at the Cabinet meeting. The lodgings on the hill are decorated with lime. In the wake of the Cabinet meeting, the District Collector AB Basavaraju has ordered the ban on vehicles and roadside trade from the Devanahalli Town Queen Circle to the district from 6 pm to 6 pm today.

- Regarding the Department of Kannada and Culture for the construction of a civic facility in Kolar city
- Regarding Administrative Approval of Bridge Co. Barrage at a cost of Rs 28.00 crore across the Vedavati River
- About Rs 54.00 crore near the Gonibidu village of Bhavadrati Taluk, 0.19 TMC of water from the Bhadra River to Kambadal Hosur and the surrounding villages.
