CS Shalini Rajneesh’s derogatory statement – Ravikumar has gone to the High Court seeking cancellation – Btv Kannada

Bangalore: BJP MLC N. Mukherjee has demanded a cancellation of the FIR at the Vidhan Sabha police station in connection with the allegation of derogatory remarks against Shalini Rajneesh. Ravikumar has gone to the High Court.

Nagaratna, president of the Nandadeepa Women’s Association, had lodged a complaint with the police station against Ravikumar. On the basis of the complaint, the FIR is being investigated by the police.

The backdrop of a non -bailable case has been filed in the High Court to cancel the Ravikumar case, which is facing the threat of arrest. The petition is likely to be heard today (July 4) at 2:30 pm.

High Court Justice SR Krishnakumar’s petition will be heard at the bench.
