300 acres of land acquired by KIADB for Nice project!

Bangalore: Nice Road Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board for the project (KIADB) The High Court has canceled more than 300 acres of land acquired.

A unanimous bench of Justice R Devadas, who was hearing a separate writ petition filed by more than 50 landlords, including P Sridharamurthy, was challenged.

The award was not scheduled for 23 years as a land acquisition notification for the construction of Nice Road. Thus, in 2014, 2016, 2020, more than 50 farmers had filed a writ petition to the High Court. The High Court, hearing the application, has canceled more than 300 acres of land acquired by KIADB. KIADB vs Senior advocate HN Shashidhar argued that the Shakuntalamma case verdict.

What is this plan? Nice has been leased to the construction of 111 km of Expressway between Bangalore and Mysore. Three decades of lease are in the process of expiring. There are 374 land cases in various courts regarding the Nice project. In some cases the court has canceled land acquisition.
