A young woman was harassed by bike thugs late at night – the video of the chased by the thugs went viral! – Btv Kannada

Bangalore: The safety of women in Silicon City has again raised concerns. At around 12 midnight on December 25, a young woman who was returning home after work was followed by three thugs. A young woman who was riding a scooter on BTM Layout Road was harassed by a shoplifter who came on a single bike.

The thugs not only chased the young woman, but repeatedly overtook her and rode the bike erratically. All the three were not wearing helmets during the 2 km long attack. The scene of harassing the young woman was filmed on his mobile phone by a man who was moving in a car on the same road. The video clearly recorded that the thugs accidentally came across the young woman’s scooter.

The person who shot the video immediately shared it on social networking site ‘X’ and tagged the Bengaluru police to file a complaint.

When this video went viral, the Suddugunte Palya police responded through X. On the basis of the video, the police have identified the number of the bike used by the thugs. The owner of the bike and the three people who were traveling in it have been traced and the police said that they will soon take them into custody and interrogate them.
