Indian origin woman accused of murdering children in New Jersey, America

An Indian origin woman has been arrested in New Jersey, America. He is accused of murdering his two children. The accused woman has been identified as Priyatharsini Natarajan (35), a resident of Hillsborough Township, New Jersey. It is alleged that Natarajan had murdered both the children at home on Tuesday evening. The age of both the deceased children is 5 and 7 years. Hillsboro Police has sent Natarajan to Somerset County Jail.

What is the whole matter?

Somerset County Prosecutor John McDonald said a man called police 911 on the evening of January 13. He declared himself the father of the children. The caller said he returned home from work to find his two sons unconscious in bed. The caller reported that “his wife did something to him.” Police officials said that when they reached the spot, the caller and Natarajan were found.

Investigation continues to find out the cause of death

The police officer said the woman has been arrested on charges of possessing a weapon for an unlawful purpose and two counts of murder. His interrogation is continuing. The children were declared dead on the spot. His body has been sent for postmortem. The case is being investigated by Hillsborough Township Police Department detectives, the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit, the Crime Scene Investigation Unit and medical examiners from the Medical Examiner’s Office.
